The space
Our beautiful apartment is in a privileged urbanization in the center of Puerto Banus, just meters from the beach. With first class facilities including private parking with space for one car and communal pool with outdoor spaces that invite you to enjoy nature and meters from the sea.
Our apartment is modern and elegant, ideal for couples or a family. With integrated air conditioning throughout the house. It has two bedrooms with a double bed each and closets with plenty of storage and storage space. Bed linen and towels are included.
The spacious living room is equipped with a 32'' smart TV and large sofas to relax and unwind with the family. There is also a dining space with a 6-seater table.
The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, microwave, toaster, slab washer machine, oven and induction hob. With an adjoining laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board. We also provide kitchen basics such as vinegar, oil, salt and sugar so you can prepare your favorite meals in the comfort of your home.
