Our beautiful apartment is located in a prime development in Puerto Banús, about a 12-minute walk from the beach. It offers first-class facilities, including private parking for one car, tennis courts and communal pools with outdoor spaces that invite you to enjoy nature.
Our apartment is modern and elegant, ideal for couples or a family. Air conditioning is integrated throughout the house. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Each has wardrobes with plenty of storage space. Bed linen and towels are included.
The spacious living room is equipped with a smart TV and a large sofa for relaxing and unwinding with the family. There is also a dining area with a 6-seat table.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, oven, and induction hob. There is an attached laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. We also provide kitchen essentials such as vinegar, oil, salt, and sugar so you can prepare your favourite meals in the comfort of your own home.
Two full bathrooms, each with a bathtub, are also provided, along with a hairdryer, toilet paper, and shower gel.
The large terrace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the incredible views.
Guests Access
Price for 4 people with access to the entire apartment. Includes private parking and all common areas of the complex, such as the pool and gardens. The beach is approximately 920 meters away.
Interaction with guests
We have two check-in methods.
We can meet you upon arrival to hand over the keys and give you a briefing about the apartment and its facilities, or you can opt for Self Check-in, where we'll send you all the information so you can access the apartment on your own whenever you want.

Other details
All our guests receive a welcome cocktail included at the Cuba 59 Beach Bar. We recommend the piña colada; it's the best you'll ever try.
A travel cot and high chair are available upon request.
We can arrange private transfers (to/from the airport) as an additional service at an extra cost. This must be requested in advance.
