The space
Our beautiful apartment is located in a privileged urbanization in the center of Puerto Banus. A few meters from the first line of the beach. With first class facilities including private parking with space for one car and communal pool with outdoor spaces that invite you to enjoy nature and meters from the sea.
Our apartment is modern and elegant, ideal for couples or a family. With adjustable thermostat according to temperature and preference of the guest integrated throughout the house. It has two bedrooms with double bed each and fitted closets with plenty of storage and storage space. Bed linen and towels are included.
The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, microwave, toaster, slab washer, oven and induction hob. With an adjoining laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board. We also offer kitchen essentials such as vinegar, oil, salt and sugar so you can prepare your favorite meals in the comfort of your home.
Two full bathrooms with bathtub, where you will find hair dryer, toilet paper and shower gel.
The terrace is the perfect space to relax and enjoy the incredible views of the city.
Services and common areas
Price for 4 people with access to the entire apartment. Including private parking and all the common areas of the Urbanization, such as the swimming pool and green areas. The beach is 160 meters away.

All our guests have included a welcome cocktail at the beach bar 'Cuba 59'. We recommend the piña colada (the best you have ever tasted).
